We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please note that with some items, it may take some time to achieve the desired results. We love nothing better than getting feedback from our satisfied customers about how our products have helped them. 

Tips for a satisfying online shopping experience:
If you have any questions about the performance of a product, please contact us. If within 30 days upon receipt you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately by calling Customer Service at 406-889-3915, or fax toll free: 888-219-0375 or email us at customerservice@tankless-water-heaters-mt.com for instructions.

If the package shows signs of damage, do not accept the shipment unless you can determine
that the product inside is actually undamaged.

Since there are no exchanges after 30 days of purchase, please examine all products upon receipt.

Please retain both receiving and/or return shipping and tracking slips so this information can be used to expedite any credits in the event of a return. 

Important: Merchandise returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Customer Service will not be accepted. 

Return Policy Requirements:

1) Please call Customer Service at 406-889-3915, or fax toll free: 888-219-0375, or email customerservice@tankless-water-heaters-mt.com for instructions before returning any items. Customers must have an RMA number (valid for 15 days) issued by War-A-Lon, Inc. before returning a purchase. 

2) The RMA# is to be placed on the shipping label below the shipping address provided by Customer Service. All returnable items must be in "unused" or "as new saleable" condition in the original box or packaging including the manuals, accessories, warranty information, and filters (if applicable).

3) Once the item is received at the specified address and is verified to be in "unused" or "as new saleable condition", applicable credit will be issued to the customer's credit card. Customers should allow 30 days for a refund to appear on their statements.

1) Policy 1: Returns within 3 days in "As New Saleable Condition":
Customers requesting returns within 3 days of receipt in "As New Saleable Condition" will be issued a full refund of the product cost only. Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping and handling expenses. If items are not returned in "As New Saleable Condition", a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer's refund. 

2) Policy 2: Returns between 4 and 30 days in "As New Saleable Condition":
Customers requesting returns within 4 and 30 days in "As New Saleable Condition" will be issued a refund less a 5% restocking fee, except for Appliances where a 20% restocking fee is applied. Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping and handling expenses. If items are not returned in "As New Saleable Condition", an additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer's refund. 

3) Damaged Goods:
Customers requesting exchanges for damaged goods will have the damaged item immediately replaced for the IDENTICAL item at no cost to the customer. Customer Service will issue an RMA# and a prepaid pickup by UPS will be arranged. If the customer does not want a replacement for damaged goods, then conditions for Policy 1 or Policy 2 apply. If the customer does not want a replacement or exchange, then customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping and handling expenses.

4) Exchanges:
Customers requesting exchanges within 30 days for goods of equal or more value (in "As New Saleable Condition" and in its original packaging) will not be charged the restocking fee of 5% and the initial outward bound shipping. The customer is still responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Customers requesting exchanges for lesser-priced items will be issued a credit for the difference. Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping and handling expenses. If items are not returned in "As New Saleable Condition", an additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer's refund.


5) Cancellation of Goods:
If goods are cancelled BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED (usually less than 24 hours from order placement), the order is cancelled and no charges are applied to the customer. If items have been shipped at the time of cancellation, customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping and handling expenses. In some cases, a restocking fee may also be applied.


6) Delivery Refusal:
If a customer orders a product from War-A-Lon, Inc. and refuses delivery of the item, then Policy 1 applies. 

7) Custom Orders: 
Made to order and custom orders are NEVER returnable.

8) Expedited Shipping:
War-A-Lon, Inc. is happy to provide a quote for expedited shipping. However expedited shipping at the customer's request is non-refundable. 

9) Return Policy Exceptions:
Note: Some products may be subject to a restocking fee (see below).

a) Merchandise Returns:
The following Merchandise is subject to a restocking fee of 20% if they are returned in "As New Condition" between 4 and 30 days: Air Cleaners, Pumps, Humidifiers, Dehumidifiers, Water Filters, Lighting Products (except bulbs). If goods are not in "As New Saleable Condition", additional charges may be assessed. Items returned damaged will be charged an appropriate repair fee. Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping and handling expenses. If the item is not returned in unused new condition, a restocking fee may be assessed. 

b) Test Kits:
All test kits are UNRETURNABLE unless they are UNOPENED AND UNUSED in which case Policy 1 and Policy 2 apply. We strongly suggest that customers understand the kit requirements or call before ordering for proper kit use.
